Apply conditioner just to the tips and leave it in for like 20 minutes. You could also buy a leave in conditioner

You probably have split ends and hair breakage. Get it trimmed or cut to where the healthy part is.

try a deep conditioning mask to the ends once a week. let it sit on your hair for a few minutes before you rinse.

you can try leaving a lot of conditioner on the bottom for about 10 minutes and rinse it out

and repeat if neccessary

also it might mean you need to get a trim

to get rid of split ends

its healthy to get a trim every month

First, when you wash your hair, concentrate on the first few inches near your scalp, that is what gets dirty. Gently work the lather through to the ends just before you rinse, so you don't really strip the natural oils off. Then apply the conditioner only to the portion of your hair that really needs it, the ends.

What I do after shampooing and rinsing is pull my hair back, like for a ponytail. Then work the conditioner through the lower part of the ponytail.

If you wash your hair every day, try skipping a day. Get your hair wet, anad condition it a little, but don't use shampoo. A deep repair conditioner once a week or so should also help.
