I have thick wavy hair?

it is very hard to manage and i don't haVe enough money to buy another straightning iron i am getting it for my birthday which is after the paty which i am going too. My hair is always in some type of a bun and i want to change that but whenever i leave my hair down it frizzes i hate it and i don't want curly hair is there any way to get straight hair from shampoos without a iron. if there is a shampoo part then does it work.

yah there is a straighting balm (gel like) and after u wash ur hair and put this balm in and have a straight wide brissel brush and blow dry ur hair straight!!!

get some gel and scrunch it, then get some de-frizz cream. my hair is UBER thick and wavy, so its frizzy, but i use dove's de-frizz cream when its dry and it smooths all the flyaways. fyi, straighteners dont stop frizz, sometimes they add it.
