It can, if you're willing to put tons of time into it. However, it probably won't look totally scene, because they way they cut scene hair isn't made for curly hair. Texturizing and razoring works on straight hair, not curly. If a stylist tried to texturize or use a razor on your hair, it would be a mess.
Although if you dyed it black or platinum, and straightened it, it would probably look pretty scene.
