Big poofy kinda wavy hair! HELP!!?

Ok so my hair is big and poofy and has slight waves to it in different places! Also it is very damaged- a lot of split ends.I need something that will make my hair flatter and maybe straighter too!Also, more stronger and healthier to get rid of split ends! Not something too expensive though! But if that's all that will truly work then Ok I guess that would be good!! thx! =]

I have curly frizzy hair. What i do is i went out and bought a straightner from Sallys its a JUBILE they work really well ($65) and the conair one at walmart ($24) work pretty good. First, Go get your hair trimmed to get rid of dead ends, if you straighten your hair the poofiness goes away (it really does) Before i straighten my hair i put in tressesme mousse and use a sunsilk cream(they have a bunch of creams according to your hairstyle) make sure to buy VO5 mirical mist(other flat iron sprays are sticky and make your hair gross) so you dont fry your hair b/c it will fry even the first time you use the iron without the heat tamer. The mousse and sunsilk add extra protection and your hair isnt wispy or flatened to your head.

Flat iron- $25-$65

Mousse-$3

Sunsilk Creame- $2.86 (at walmart)

The iron is pricey but you will be much happier and your hair will look so pretty. I promise my hair is very dry naturally and i have fried it before not using anything in it before straightning. After i started using all the other products my hair never gets fried and i use a really hight heat on it.

Try a different look to your hair. Get a hair trim every 6 weeks and try to style your hair in all kinds of different ways. Good luck with your hair.

You need to get a hair cut/trim, all the split ends, not matter how short. Then, use a moisturizing shampoo, no conditioner. I haven't used one in 2 years. That took everything out of my hair. You would not believe I once had thick full hair exactly like yours, not anymore. Its still thick but not 3" deep all over my head.

get a trim for your split hairs use dove shampoo and use a straightener

Sounds like you should keep those ends clipped and get yourself a nice moisturizing shampoo.

If you want to make stuff flatter, try getting your stylist to "thin" your hair own; a method of cutting/layering.

Same problem!! Use a deep conditioner once a month, put it in then let it sit for about 30 min, its a miracle!!! Also try using an anti-frizz serum or cream those work really well. You can striaghten it once a while, but to much will just damage your hair even more!!scrunching it or curling it looks really cute to!! GOOD LUCK!!

Cut all the split ends. Then wash your hair in the salon and straighten it.
