What I do in the morning is I take a shower, then blow dry my hair and finally I straighten it. I also have a really good straightener. It works very nice but I still can't figure out why my hair gets wavy throughout the day. It makes me so mad! So I need the most advice and tips for my hair. Also my hair is a little short about 6 inches or about to my chin but is also layered so I dont know if that has anything to do with it...Please help!

Could be the humidity in the air. Try using a product called Moister Block, your hair doesn't get a bit wavy when its a rainy day or if you get sprayed with a squirt gun and comes out with shampoo.

Use a good straightening balm while you are straightening out your hair and lightly mist it during the day brush it straight and spray some light hairspray on.

nah its not because its layerd. You just need some straightening cream. Or a good product to put on your hair before you straighten it. My hair is really curly. But when i straighten it, it stays all day.

id suggest a syrum or straightening balm, have a look in shops like boots and im sure there will be something, or even ask someone, a hairdresser or in a beauty shop there will be people there who will be willing to help, Good luck, oh and dont forget to try different styles too, like using mousse and going curly, otherwise your hair wil get ruined.
