I want to make my hair wavy like that sometimes but I'm so bad at doing my hair and I never know what to do with it.

Its simple, you just wet your hair so its damp like you just got out of the shower. Then you put a ton of moose in it and scrunch it up in little balls and put rubber bands in it. The more crazy you twist and the more rubber bands you put the more wavy and crazy. It's better if you go to sleep with your hair but make sure you do the above procedure a couple of hours early so you don't go to sleep with your hair really wet. When you wake up in the morning take out the rubber bands and hairspray your hair. Then your ready to go. Note that this is the scrunched look and is meant to be not perfect.

well if you want a permanent wave, ask for a body wave at a salon. I guess it's like a perm but it uses bigger curlers in the process. But it gets you pretty waves. :)
