my opinion is wavy hairs.. look straight hair isn't bad, but hair should have wave in it. I think if your hair is straight you can make some wave on it... it is very beautiful

hteres a new kind of head and shoulders shampoo. its head and shoulders citrus( it has a green wave in the front). it takes away grease and even dandruff if u need. it helps contain the shape of ur hair and the way u want it to be. watch the commercial, it says so.

i understand if u dont want to use rollers, my sister had the same prob, and she used the new head and shoulder shampoo and it worked!!

i have the same issue.. try using curlers when you hair is still damp with some product and bry it with the cold setting on you blow dryer. when you take it out if it is two curly blow dry it wit hot air, it will relax the curls

(try it when you are not going anywhere so if it gives you an afro you wont have to leave the house looking like a poodle)

you have to brush your hair when its wet. brush your hair by starting at the bottom and workin your way up, this way you dont pull on all your hair

ok what you need to do is bye cream of nature detangeling shampoo and conditioner when you put you conditioner in let it sit for2-3 minutes then you comb it out

step1 part your hair into 5 sections

Step2take your first section grab the end start at the end and go slow

step 3 you comb as you go WHATEVRE YOU DO DONT START ATTHE TOP IT WILL PULL YOUR HAIR OUT

so the bottom is combed through move up a little and move up and up

Step 3 then you go to the next section and repeat

now you wah the conditioner out and then do that proccess again to make sure you did it thourouly and then you can do what ever you want with it

when you get out of the shower, blowdry it as straight you can. you don't even really need to try.. just dry it is most important thing. then, take a flat iron (hair straightener) and straighten your hair. for best results, take your hair as if you are putting it half-up, half-down and straighten the down part. when you're down with the down part, tie it back and let down the up part and straighten that part. make sure to use two mirrors to check the backside of your hair.

don't have a flat-iron? go to walmart/cvs/sally's beauty supply and buy one. make sure you get a ceramic one, so you don't damage your hair. also, get some heat-protection spray so you don't burn your hair.

Either get a hair straightener and make sure to put in hair moisturizer to prevent it from being dry afterward, or go to a hair stylist nearby and ask for help and/or see if they can straighten your hair at a possible price. I went to one yesterday and I am so happy because my hair is sooo thick! Now I have to put oil and such in it to keep it from drying out.Hope this information can help you.

Well I'm guessing you haven't heard of hair straightners

If you haven't got any, just use your hairdryer on towelled dry hair. Comb down your hair while you move the hairdryer over your hair until it's dry, this is called blowdrying...

Remember to use a hair serum if you've got one, or hair spray.

(It won't last more than a day, so if it's for a special occasion you can do better by going to a salon and have it straighntened there)

jejeje, i always straighten my hair...i use a ceramic hair iron after i've wahed my hair(having used antisponge conditioner,) and blow dryed my hair or waited for it to dry by its own....if you use the hair iron it will last until you wash it, if you do it too continously your hair can get really damaged,

chemicals that straighten your hair last about a year, but it makes your hair fall if it not properly applied.

Another option besides straightenig hair is to use hairstyling mousse- it can make waves look great (plus its natural!)

blow dry your hair with a round brush... if it gets frizzy put some frizz control in it ... the blowdrying will save you time straighting it... then use a straightner but test it first to make sure its not too hot on your hair... put a tissue or toliet paper on ti and if it turns yellow its too hot. then straighten it .. leave it about 5-10 seconds on your hair but seperate it first.. good luck and if u need any more help e-mail be at imurbeachbabe@yahoo.com

I have very long thick wavy hair so I know definltly how to starighten wavey hair......what i do is always blow dry my hair when Iam done taking a shower,you need to hair dryer to follow the brush down your hair so the ends are starighter. Then use either a flat iron or a curling iron with a high temp and run it through your hair. If you really want hair with no fizz you should get some fizz relief and use it when your hair is wet.

Darn leave it wavy girl! Why spend all that money just to have straight stringy hair? Us guys like girls with pretty curly and wavy hair a lot better than girls with mousy looking straight hair.

And remember this always: When those hair stylist types start talking about you getting you hair straightened because wavy or curly hair is out of style. What they are really talking about is your money going into their pocket books.

Definately a flat iron....I have similar hair and have found a few products that I really like that help keep it straight and decreased fly-aways. The first is by OSIS called hairbody. The other is a new one out by Herbal Essences and it is called Dangerously Straight Flat Out Finishing Spray. The second one you dry your hair and then spray this on and then use flat iron. I really like both of these products. You might also want to try using the Dangeously Straight Shampoo and No More frizziness Conditioner by Herbal Essences. Just a few things I have found to work.
